Reviews
Good value for money. Very clean.
Recommend for families. The pool is a great option to consider when the weather is no so good for a beach day. Plenty of free parking space.
Genial
WiFi signal poor. Overall great hotel
We have returned after 6 years. Tremendous decline has hit the hotel.
Starting with the good, the rooms were clean although there was a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms.
The "food service" (speed of service, friendliness and disposition) is absolutely pitiful. Half an hour for the next dish to be served, and when it arrives it is cold and stiff. Both the quantity and quality of the food is terrible. The waiter/table ratio is insane, you can see that the poor waiters can't cope and go to the tables overwhelmed.
The schedule for lunches and dinners is very tight, and often unpunctual and even when the first ones entered, we ended up leaving the last and without the opportunity to taste some of the desserts because they had already run out, which by the way, compared to the food They weren't bad. In short: BAD, SHORT AND SLOW.
In the reception service, most of the staff are quite rude and sometimes unpleasant. However, the lifeguard and the cafeteria waiter were very friendly.
The ping-pong court could use an update, since the paddles and table looked like they were from the 60s.
In conclusion, you will not see us here again, and if anyone who has not recently been to this hotel is thinking of returning, we do not recommend it at all, since it is not the most appropriate destination if your intention is to eat well in Galicia. .
Very pleasant hotel, with plenty of spaces inside (TV room, computer room, snooker table, ping-pong and bar) the swimming pool is very well used with a mobile cover that can be used both in the summer, when open, and in winter, closed. Outside there is also a tennis court.
The food was mostly based on quick and fried dishes (Spanish cuisine).
Overall it is a good quality-price ratio, also located in a central area for those who want to visit the surrounding beaches, between 7 and 30 minutes, we can reach several beaches by car.
It should be noted that they have dishes for people with intolerances as long as they are informed.
This hotel was recommended to us because of the price. For the price it is not bad, but the service is a little weak. Old rooms, uncomfortable pillows, full board service is worth it up to a point.
Very very very weak breakfast (bread, toast, fruit, milk and coffee). Of course, every day they give you some pastries (you can't repeat them). Some cookies or cereal were nice to add to breakfast.
The meal consists of a starter (always seafood) and two courses and dessert.
Dinner consists of two courses and dessert. It's usually varied and if you don't like something they usually make you do something else on the fly, that's fine.
In my humble opinion there should be more waiters since you spend a long time waiting to be served, you can't serve yourself.
If you want bottled water, buy it. They give you some jugs of water and you don't really know where that water came from.
The facilities could improve, everything is very old.
If you come with children, the pool is great.
The full board gives the option of canceling meals, giving notice one day in advance. You have 3 euros left per person and meal that you cancel.
It's not a bad option, I would raise the score if the breakfast was better.
Price-quality is fine, I've been going for several years and it shows that the food quality has lost a bit, the hotel needs a bit of renovation, the rooms, pool hammocks, ping pong, billiards, facilities in general...
Congratulate the bar waiters Esteban Paola and David
Also congratulate Abraham and David for their great professionalism.
He removed two stars from the hotel due to a problem we had with Carlos "Charly", an unprofessional waiter at the restaurant with a cocky and threatening attitude, if not worth working with people who don't put it up.
Comfortable and clean rooms. Attentive and pleasant staff. With full board, good service. Ideal for spending a few good days in the area at affordable prices without giving up the comforts of a good hotel. Facilities to enjoy with family, children and adults, or for couples.
